Matbakh and Maqha – translating to kitchen and café respectively – are two of the spaces of Audi Foundation in Saida, Lebanon, where a range of traditional and artisanal food items such as pickles, jams, sweets, syrups and other Lebanese delicacies is prepared and served/sold. In addition to the visual identity, the wok for Matbakh and Maqha includes the packaging design for the different carefully prepared specialty products, themselves works of beauty by Chef Nicolas Audi.
